To Ballarat in 2026

Victoria Chorale is delighted to be performing with the Ballarat Wind Orchestra in August 2026. The Ballarat Wind Orchestra is a 35 piece orchestral ensemble of music teachers, university students and enthusiastic and talented musicians who rehearse in Ballarat.  Many of these active and passionate musicians perform in other musical groups including the Ballarat Symphony Orchestra and local symphonic and brass bands.  Some have also performed in elite professional groups such as the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra and Military bands.

We share not only a passion for choral music but also Music Director and Conductor - Mario Dobernig. We will have a concert in Melbourne on Saturday 29 August followed by a concert in Ballarat in the Wendouree Performing Arts Centre on Sunday afternoon 30 August.

Supporting choral music in regional Victoria is one of Victoria Chorale's charitable purposes and we look forward to further opportunities to partner with regional choirs and musicians.
